Common questions
The things people ask before signing up, answered plainly.
Does it actually work in China?
That is the only thing it is built for. We watch our locations and replace or reconfigure them when they stop working well, which is why the list of countries changes over time. No provider can promise a connection that never drops, and anyone who does is not being straight with you.
How many devices can I use?
Each plan states its own limit, and the pricing section above shows it. One subscription link covers all of them — you paste the same link on your phone and your laptop. You can remove a device from your panel at any time and use the slot on another one.
Is there a data limit?
Each plan carries its own allowance and the pricing section says what it is. Where a plan is unlimited, it says so there. Your panel shows how much you have used, updated as you go.
How do I pay?
With the methods listed in the pricing section, which are the ones we currently accept. You can also load a balance and spend it later, which is useful if you would rather pay once and renew without touching a payment page again.
What happens when my subscription runs out?
The connection stops working and nothing else changes. Your account, your balance and your referral code all stay where they are, and buying again puts you straight back online with the same subscription link.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Buy the other plan when you renew and the change takes effect from that moment. Time you have already paid for is not lost — renewing always extends what you have.
Do you keep logs of what I do?
We do not store your browsing traffic, the sites you visit or your DNS queries. What we do store is what billing and support need: your email address, your orders, your balance, and how much data your subscription has used in total. The privacy page lists all of it.
Can I get a refund?
If a new subscription does not work for you and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will make it right — either a refund or extra time, whichever suits you. Tell us what went wrong; a refund on a subscription you have used for months is not something we can offer.
It connects but it is slow. What now?
Try another location in the app first — the nearest one is not always the fastest at every hour of the day. If every location is slow, write to us and say which ones you tried and roughly when. That is usually enough for us to find it.
Do I need a Chinese phone number or ID to sign up?
No. An email address and a password are all we ask for. A username is optional and only exists so somebody can send you balance without knowing your email.
If your question is not here, write to us. We answer in English, Russian, Turkish and Chinese.
